Point of Contact Services

Finding  and applying for services that are available for care-receivers can be difficult. However, equally as difficult, is the expectation of constantly upkeeping the communication that is necessary to maintain those services. This task often falls on the caregivers who have more than enough demands on their time in providing the needs for their care-receiver. Therefore, not only do we want to assist people in getting the services they require, but we also want to alleviate that demand on their time by serving as a liaison between them and any service provider. The goal behind this is to:

• Simplify the communication between the service provider and the care-receiver.

• Relieve the burden of maintaining and upkeeping communication with service providers for the caretaker.

• Create manageable interaction with service providers for the caretaker and care-receiver.

• Provide expertise in discussions with service providers to maximize benefits for care-receivers.

In this, we can help to lighten the load and bear this burden alongside care-receivers and care givers alike. The life they lead is difficult enough, and by providing this service, we hope to ease the responsibilities that they juggle.
